• Qigong Classes

      Did you know that the state of your Qi determines the state of your health? If Qi flows freely through your body you’ll be well. If it becomes blocked, stagnate or imbalanced, pain and illness will follow. The good news is that you can learn how to “train your Qi,” (the meaning of Qigong) so that it clears out blockages and flows smoothly!

    • Qigong for Self-Healing and Well-Being

      Our easiest Qigong class. You’ll be guided step-by-step through a set of gentle movements designed to harmonizes Qi in your kidneys, liver, heart, spleen, and lungs.

      Benefits:

      • no previous experience or special skills necessary
      • deeply relaxing
      • restores or enhances the smooth flow of Qi to your vital organs improves health

       

      Recommended for anyone:

      • curious about qigong
      • receiving acupuncture
      • suffering from chronic stress-related conditions
      • interested in improving health and well-being

    • Tiger & Dragon Medical Qigong

      This 1,500 year old method is designed to clear blockages and move Qi in the 12 acupuncture channels. We’ll be focusing on 1 of 7 movements each week (Start when you like and no worries about missing a week – we’ll keep rotating through the series).

      Benefits:

      • learn valuable channel clearing skills and Qi sensitivity practices
      • clear out dangerous stagnate Qi increase the smooth flow of Qi in the 12 acupuncture channels
      • raise the energy level of body to boost its natural healing capacities

       

      Recommended for anyone:

      • in contact with unhealthy energy while caring for the sick or dying
      • exposed to hours of EM radiation from electronics feeling “stuck” (emotionally, mentally, energetically, bodily)
      • looking for greater vitality and mental clarity
      • looking to proactively delaying or eliminating many diseases of aging

    • Qigong Meditation

      Sick of your Qi system going out of balance again and again–even though you are doing some Qigong? Learn meditations that will take you deeper into Qigong and help you discover and reduce the causes of Qi stagnation and imbalances.

      Benefits:

      • experientially distinguish Fire Mind from Yi (Water or Wisdom Mind)
      • become aware of Fire Mind’s reaction patterns at the root of Qi imbalances
      • learn to access and sustain Yi in Qigong and in everyday life
      • open, clear, and balance the 3 Dantiens (3rd eye, heart center, lower abdomen)
      • open the gates on the small heavenly cycle (up the back and down the front) move and harmonizes the Qi in the 8 Extraordinary Vessels

       

      Recommended for those:

      • interested in a deeper exploration of Qigong
      • willing to become aware of Fire Mind’s harmful patterns and let them go
      • willing to learn how to access and sustain Yi (non-reactive awareness)

    • Self-Paced Tiger & Dragon Medical Qigong

      Learn Tiger & Dragon Medical Qigong at your own pace. You can pick between:

      • learning one movement until complete and then starting on the next movement OR
      • learning each movement one layer at a time and slowly building on all of them.

    • Tai Chi (Taji) Classes

      Did you know that Tai Chi is both a powerful marital art and a powerful form of Medical Qigong? Studies have shown that it can not only improve balance, and reduce high blood pressure but it can also help arthritis.

    • Self-Paced Tai Chi

      Learn Yang-style Tai Chi at your own pace. You can pick between:

      • learning the long form as a flowing sequence OR
      • go into greater depth by learning in the traditional way, which focuses on understanding each individual movement and then joins them together into the long form.

    • 4-Class Punch Card: $56
    • 8-Class Punch Card: $110
    • Unlimited Monthly Pass: $85
    • Private Instruction: $80/hour
